 Filling in a Form

We're aware of the information the DWP are looking for. We can help you to answer the questions in the best possible way to put across the difficulties that you have as a result of your health conditions. This will give you the best chance of being awarded the benefit.

 Attending an Assessment

The DWP often base their decision on the report provided by the assessment provider. We can attend the assessment as a witness to ensure that your disability or work capability is fully and correctly assessed. We can then make sure that the report accurately reflects what happened at the assessment. This will make it more likely that the correct decision is made.

 Requesting a Reconsideration

If your claim for benefit has been turned down or you've not been awarded the correct amount, we can help you make a request for a reconsideration of the decision. We can also help you get evidence to support your case.

Your claim will be reconsidered by a different decision maker taking any additional evidence that you're able to provide into account.

 Requesting an Appeal

If your claim for benefit and the reconsideration has been turned down or you've not been awarded the correct amount, we can help you make a request for an appeal to an independent tribunal. We can help you get evidence to support your case.

We can look at any case law that is relevant to your case and help you to prepare a submission to the appeal tribunal to give you the best possible chance of getting the benefit.

You will asked to attend an tribunal hearing where you will be asked questions about your entitement to benefit by the tribunal members. We can attend the hearing with you and act as your representative.
